社会的老年友好型转向不是一个新产生的时代议题,而是一个蕴含在百余年现代化进程与未来现代化发展期待中的,在当代形成适合其发展的基础与条件后而显现出来的深远议题。老年友好型社会建设是将现代化发展进程中积淀下来的消弭老年人与社会秩序鸿沟的社会文明付诸实践的过程,是以国家社会整体发展与老年人个体发展的双向增促为目标,不断精准匹配制度供给与老年人需求满足的社会调适过程,其建设水平是衡量社会现代化水平的基本标尺。随着中国式现代化的深入发展,老年友好型社会建设的水平必然不断提高,从而丰富中国式现代化创造的人类文明新形态的内涵。
