“走进去”与“走出去”:儒释道思想国际传播战略研究

"Going Deeply" and "Going Globally":A Study on the International Communication Strategy of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism

儒释道思想国际传播是贯彻落实党的二十大报告精神、推动中华文化更好走向世界的新时代文化战略。讲好儒释道思想故事既是深化中华文明探源工程,也是提升中华文化国际传播效能工程。儒释道思想是中华文明的根基和命脉,是人类文明交流互鉴的基础叙事。一方面,要制定“走进去”战略,系统构建四大儒释道对外话语体系:治国理政政治话语体系、中医养生民间话语体系、慈悲包容宗教话语体系和人类命运共同体公共话语体系;另一方面,要制定“走出去”战略,系统实施五大国际传播战略,即儒释道思想语料库建设、儒释道思想返本开新学术交流、儒释道思想跨媒介叙事、儒释道思想仪式化生活和儒释道思想关键词对外传播。

The international communication of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism is a cultural strategy in the new era to implement report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC and better promote Chinese culture to the world. Telling the stories of Chinese Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism well is a project not only to deepen the exploration of the source of Chinese civilization,but also to improve the efficiency of the international communication of Chinese culture. Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are the foundation and lifeblood of Chinese civilization and the basic narrative for exchanges and mutual learning among human civilizations.On the one hand, we should develop a "going deeply" strategy and systematically build four international discourse systems of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, namely, political discourse system of state governance, folk discourse system of traditional Chinese medicine and health, religious discourse system of compassion and tolerance, and public discourse system of the community of shared future for mankind. On the other hand, we need to develop a "going globally" strategy and systematically implement five international communication strategies, namely, the building of a corpus of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, academic exchanges on Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, the cross-media narrative of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, the ritualized life of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and the international communication of the key words of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.
