自噬与肝纤维化及中医药调控的研究进展

Research progress of autophagy and liver fibrosis and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine

自噬与肝纤维化的发生密切相关。在肝星状细胞活化方面具有重要作用,并通过自噬相关蛋白及信号通路影响肝纤维化的发展。许多非编码RNA调节自噬在肝纤维化中发挥生物学效应,可能成为肝纤维化新的治疗策略。中医药可通过自噬途径发挥抗肝纤维化作用,并能以双重方式调节自噬。本文通过对肝纤维化自噬调控的中医药研究进行论述,探讨目前研究存在的不足,以期为自噬在肝纤维化中医药防治中的进一步研究提供理论基础。

Autophagy is closely related to the development of liver fibrosis.It plays an important role in the hepatic stellate cells activation and affects the development of liver fibrosis through autophagy related proteins and signaling pathways.Many non-coding RNA regulate autophagy exert biological effects in liver fibrosis and may become a new treatment strategy for liver fibrosis.Traditional Chinese medicine can play an anti fibrosis role through the autophagy and regulate autophagy in a dual manner.This paper discusses the traditional Chinese medicine research of autophagy regulation in liver fibrosis,and discusses the shortcomings of the current research,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further research of autophagy in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine.
