黄芪有效成分治疗糖尿病肾病的机制研究进展

Research progress on mechanism of active ingredients of Astragali Radix in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病引起的慢性肾脏疾病,是导致糖尿病患者终末期肾衰竭甚至死亡的重要原因。中药黄芪治疗糖尿病肾病有独特优势。黄芪有效成分治疗糖尿病肾病涉及的机制主要有抗炎、抗内质网应激、调节细胞自噬等方面。本文就近年来关于黄芪有效成分治疗糖尿病肾病的机制研究进行简要综述,以期为临床和实验研究提供新思路。

Diabetic nephropathy is a chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes,which is an important cause of end-stage renal failure and even death in patients with diabetes.Astragali Radix has unique advantages in treating diabetic nephropathy.The active ingredients of Astragali Radix in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy involve anti-inflammatory,anti-endoplasmic reticulum stress,regulation of autophagy and other mechanisms.This article briefly reviews the mechanism of Astragali Radix active ingredients in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in recent years,in order to provide new ideas for clinical and experimental research.
