摘要
通过文献调研自设实验方案,对静电纺丝技术制备聚己内酯(PCL)纳米纤维膜的条件进行调试,并对获得较佳纤维形貌的PCL电纺膜的成骨性能进行研究。通过此开放实验设置,激发科研兴趣,为做毕业论文相关实验打下基础。
In response to the school experimental teaching reform, electrospinning equipment for scientific research will be open to undergraduates. Through literature research and self-designed experimental scheme, the conditions of preparing polycaprolactone(PCL) nanofiber membrane by electrospinning technology were debugged. The bone formation performance of PCL electrospun membrane with better fiber morphology was studied. This open experiment can stimulate students′ interest in scientific research and lay a good foundation for future graduation thesis related experiments.
