中医疫病经典防治理论研究现状述评

Comment and review on the research status of classical prevention and treatment theory of pestilence in Chinese Medicine

中医药防治疫病经典理论的产生形成于历次重大疫情中医家的实践与经验总结。本文对近二十年中医疫病经典防治理论的研究现状做了简要述评,重点围绕五个方面展开:一是古今融合,拓展疫病文献研究的深度与广度;二是研究疫病之中医病名,病证结合确定中医疫病研究之基本路径;三是研究传统中医疫病辨治理论,提出现代中医疫病防治新方案;四是紧扣中医疫病研究的关键问题,实现中医疫病研究的新突破;五是以中医经典理论为基础,构建现代中医疫病防治理论新体系。中医疫病防治理论研究需在挖掘整理研究中医经典防治理论为核心的基础上,借鉴现代传染病研究与多学科协同研究的新方法,构建中医疫病防治理论新体系。

The classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the prevention and treatment of pestilence came into being from the practice and experience summary of doctors in previous major pestilence.This article briefly reviews the research status of classical prevention and treatment theories of pestilence in TCM in the past two decades.It focuses on five aspects.The first is to expand the depth and breadth of pestilence literature research in ancient and modern integration;the second is to study the name of the pestilence in TCM,and to determine the basic path of TCM pestilence research by combining disease with syndrome;the third is to study the TCM theory of pestilence differentiation and treatment,and put forward a new scheme of modern Chinese medicine pestilence prevention and treatment;the fourth is to focus on the key issues of TCM pestilence research,and achieve new breakthroughs in TCM pestilence research;the fifth is to build a new system of modern Chinese medicine pestilence prevention and treatment theory based on the classic theory of TCM.The research on the theory of TCM pestilence prevention and treatment needs to take the excavation,collation and research of TCM classical prevention and treatment theory as the core.The new methods of modern infectious disease research and multidisciplinary collaborative research need to be used for reference to build a new system of TCM pestilence prevention and treatment theory.
