摘要
为解决可再生能源供电不确定性的问题,提出由电力管理公司(power management company,PMC)管理的电力用户建立最优实时需求响应机制的方法。首先,探讨由PMC管理的一组大型电力用户的购用电模型,搭建成本模型和社会福利模型。接着,以最大化社会福利为目标,提出一种基于实时需求响应的分布式优化算法,确定PMC的日前电能和平衡电能采购决策,以及电力用户的实时电能消费决策。最后,对提出的分布式优化算法进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明该算法在解决可再生能源不确定供电的同时,也能大大提高系统的社会福利。
In order to solve the problem of uncertainty in renewable energy power supply,a method of establishing an optimal real-time demand response mechanism for power users managed by PMC is proposed.First,the electricity purchase model of a group of large scale electricity users managed by PMC is discussed,and its cost model and social welfare model are established.Then,with the goal of maximizing social welfare,an optimization algorithm based on real-time demand response is proposed to determine the PMC's day-ahead power and balance power purchasing decisions,as well as power users'real-time power consumption decisions.Finally,the proposed optimization algorithm is verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the social welfare of the power system while solving the uncertain power supply of renewable energy.
