摘要
为研究香根草浸膏的最佳提取工艺与化学成分分析,以香根草浸膏的得率为指标,对香根草浸膏进行微波辅助提取(MAE).采用响应面Box-Behnken优化设计对香根草浸膏的微波辅助提取工艺进行优化,得到最佳工艺条件为200 w微波预处理10 min、液料比(mL/g)为8.4∶1、微波功率为440 w、提取时间为68 min.此工艺条件下,香根草浸膏的得率为13.12%.通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对香根草浸膏的化学成分及含量进行分析,共鉴定出32种化合物,其主要成分香根醇的含量达到920.387μg/g,得到有效富集.
Chemical composition of Vetiveria zizanioides(L.)Nash extract was analyzed to study the optimum extraction technology.The yield of Vetiveria zizanioides(L.)Nash extract was used as the index.The process condition of Vetiveria zizanioides(L.)Nash extract was optimized by the Box-Behnken design(BBD),and the optimal condition was as follow:the ratio of liquid to material(mL/g)was 8.4∶1,the microwave power was 440 w,and the time was 68 min.Under this condition,the yield of the Vetiveria zizanioides(L.)Nash extract was 13.12%.Besides,the chemical composition of the essential extract was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GS-MC).32 compounds were identified.And the maincontent of vetiselineno was 920.387μg/g,which was effectively enriched.
