海南自贸区战略下来琼留学生趋同化管理模式研究

A Study on the Assimilation Management Mode of Overseas Students in Hainan under the Strategy of Free Trade Zone

随着对外开放广度和深度的拓展,我国显示出积极的经济全球化模式构建的决心,海南自贸区的形成是对国家战略的充分回应。为保证自贸区经济和文化共同稳步发展,从来琼留学生管理角度展开研究,提出趋同化管理模式,概述此种管理模式的特点。基于此,分析当前海南自贸区战略下来琼留学生趋同化管理模式应用面临的现实问题及原因,从文化冲突、管理机制和教职工管理水平角度说明当前模式应用的现实背景。并结合症结所在,从管理体制、制度、机制、服务和资源供给、学生自主管理的角度提出优化管理效果的路径,以期为海南自贸区战略成果展现提供支持。

With the expansion of the breadth and depth of opening up,China has shown the determination to build a positive economic globalization model,and the formation of the Hainan Free Trade Zone is a full response to the national strategy.In order to ensure the common and steady development of the economy and culture of the free trade zone,we have conducted research on the management of international students and put forward the convergence management mode and summarized the characteristics of this management mode.Based on this,the paper analyzes the practical problems and reasons of the application of the convergence management mode under the current strategy of Hainan Free Trade Zone,and explains the realistic background of the current mode application from the perspective of cultural conflict,management mechanism and staff management level.Combined with the crux of the problem,the path to optimize the management effect is proposed from the perspective of management system,system,mechanism,service and resource supply,and student independent management,in order to provide support for the achievements of Hainan Free Trade Zone.
