新时代强军思想下军队院校教研室专业化建设研究

教研室是军队院校培养军事人才、发展军事科学、服务备战打仗的前沿阵地,随着军事科技和武器装备的快速发展,教研室的专业化建设经常面临着党建功能弱化、实战意识不强、教育形式滞后、管理手段僵化、教风研风不实和指导帮建缺失等紧迫问题,导致行政与科教重心失衡、教学与科研融合不畅、科研与实战偏离脱节等现象。因而,迫切需要从战斗堡垒作用、练兵备战、思想教育、部队管理、作风建设和工作指导等六个方面着手教研室专业化建设,全面提升教研室立德树人、为战育人的能力。

The teaching and research section is the frontier position of military colleges and universities to train military talents,develop military science and service to prepare for the battle.With the rapid development of military science and equipment,the professional construction of the teaching and research section often faces urgent problems such as weakening party construction function,weak practical consciousness,lagging education form,saving center of focus,the poor integration of teaching and scientific research,the deviation between scientific research and actual combat and other phenomena.Therefore,it is urgent to start the professional construction of the teaching and research section from six aspects,such as the role of combat fortress,training and preparation,ideological education,army management,style construction,work guidance and other aspects,so as to improve the ability of the teaching and research section to cultivate people and provide people for war comprehensively.
