摘要
实验、实践教学是工程专业人才培养的重要环节,面对当前实验、实践教学存在的弊端,该文从人才培养方案制订出发,提出要构建三层次的实验教学体系和多元化的实践教学体系,并建立与之相适应的多元化考核机制,不断加强实验人才队伍建设。
Experimental and practical teaching are important links in the cultivation of engineering professionals.Faced with the problems of experimental and practical teaching,a new experimental and practical system of"three-level experimental teaching system and diversified practical teaching system"is constructed based on the talent training program.A new diversified evaluation system is established with the new experimental and practical system and also some suggestions on the construction of experimental talent team are given.
