“任务驱动+成果导向”混合教学模式在安全管理学课程中的研究与实践

为了实现应用型本科高校培养高质量人才的需求,构建适合院校特色的应用型课程教学模式是主要路径。安全管理学是安全工程专业的核心课程,针对传统教学中存在的问题,着重探讨混合教学模式在该课程中的应用。该文基于安全工程专业的学科背景及安全工程专业人才培养的特点,采用“学习通+BOPPPS”的混合教学模式,把线上线下教学的优势相融合,设计安全管理学课程的多种教学思路,培养学生的创新能力、实践能力和应用能力,符合新工科对人才培养的要求。

In order to meet the needs of cultivating high-quality talents for application-oriented colleges and universities,it is the main way to establish a course teaching mode suitable for the characteristics of colleges and universities.Safety management is the core course of safety engineering major.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional teaching,this paper focuses on the application of mixed teaching mode in this course.Based on the discipline background and the characteristics of talents cultivation of safety engineering,this paper uses a mixture of"chaoxing+BOPPPS"teaching mode,integrates the advantages of online teaching and offline teaching,designs a variety of teaching ideas of safety management courses,and cultivate students’innovation ability,practical ability,application ability,which is in line with the new technical requirements for personnel training.
