摘要
随着风电技术的不断进步,以及轻量化的柔性塔筒技术的运用,使得在较低风切变指数下提升风电机组轮毂高度变得可行。风电机组轮毂高度与风切变指数基本呈正比关系,风切变指数越大,轮毂高度越高,发电量越大,相应的投资成本也显著增加。探讨了风切变指数与风电机组轮毂高度之间的内在关系,构建了一种新的风电机组轮毂高度选取模型,综合考虑轮毂高度提升带来的发电收益增加和投资成本增加之间的关系,以财务净现值作为不同风切变指数下风电机组最佳轮毂高度选取的经济指标,探讨了不同风切变指数下最佳轮毂高度的选取结果,实现了风电场资源利用及收益的最大化。研究结果对风电场中风电机组轮毂高度的选取具有一定的参考意义。
With the continuous progress of wind power technology and the application of lightweight flexible tower drum technology,it is feasible to increase the hub height of wind turbine under low wind shear index.The hub height of wind turbine is basically in direct proportion to the wind shear index.The higher the wind shear index,the higher the hub height,the greater the power generation capacity,and the corresponding investment costs are also significantly increased.This paper discusses the internal relationship between the wind shear index and the hub height of wind turbines,constructs a new hub height selection model of wind turbines,comprehensively considers the relationship between the increase of power generation income and the increase of investment cost caused by the hub height increase,takes the financial net present value as the economic index for the selection of the optimal hub height of wind turbines under different wind shear indexes,and discusses the selection results of the optimal hub height under different wind shear indexes,the maximum utilization of wind farm resources and income are realized.The research results have certain reference significance for the selection of hub height of wind turbines in wind farms.
