摘要
研究化肥减施配施微生物菌剂对紫甘蓝农艺性状、产量性状、品质、土壤肥力的影响。结果表明:RCF+EM(减施20%化肥,化肥施用量104 kg/666.7m^(2),灌施加喷施EM菌剂)处理的紫甘蓝产量高于CF(全量化肥,化肥施用量130 kg/666.7m^(2))处理,但差异未达显著水平;RCF+EM处理紫甘蓝口味和营养价值品质指标基本达到常规全量化肥施用效果,其中可溶性糖和蛋白质含量分别比CF处理增加1.1%、5.2%,VC比CF处理增加5.0%,硝酸盐比CF处理降低21.9%,水分比CF处理降低0.1%;RCF+EM处理的糖酸比最高,达1.39;RCF+EM处理土壤的碱解氮、有效磷均最高,比CF处理分别增加2.7%、10.0%,速效钾比CF处理降低11.1%。可见,减施化肥配施微生物菌剂可提高紫甘蓝的产量和叶球品质,对土壤肥力也有改善作用。
This experiment is conducted to study the effects of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with a microbial agent on agronomic characteristics,yield characteristics,quality,and soil fertility of purple cabbage.The results showed that the yield of RCF+EM(Reduce fertilizer application by 20%,fertilizer application amount is 104 kg/666.7m^(2),and apply EM bac-teria agent by irrigation)treatment was higher than that of CF(Full fertilizer,fertilizer application amount 130 kg/666.7m^(2))treatment,but not significantly.The taste and nutritional value quality indexes of purple cabbage with RCF+EM treatment basically reached the effect of conventional total fertilizer application,and the soluble sugar and protein in RCF+EM treatment were 1.1%and 5.2%higher than in CF treatment,respectively.Compared with CF treatment,vitamin C increased by 5.0%;Nitrate was 21.9%lower than CF treatment.Water content decreased by 0.1%compared with CF treatment.RCF+EM treat-ment had the highest sugar-acid ratio,reaching 1.39.The soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus in RCF+EM treatment were the highest,increasing by 2.7%and 10.0%compared with CF treatment,respectively.The rapidly available potassium was 11.1%lower than in the CF treatment.It is concluded that reducing chemical fertilizer combined with the microbial agent can improve the yield and leaf bulb quality of purple cabbage and improve soil fertility.
