摘要
党的二十大报告提出“加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国”,“全面提高人才自主培养质量”,“加快建设高质量教育体系”,这充分体现了党和国家事业发展对高等教育高质量内涵式发展的迫切需求。高校高质量内涵式发展是以建设高质量高等教育体系为导向、以内部诸要素的有效开发整合和高阶跃升为手段、旨在提升学校核心竞争力和主体价值的发展理念与模式。高校推进高质量内涵式发展的逻辑起点和根本前提是牢牢掌握并运用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中蕴含的世界观、方法论,具体路径可通过调整优化结构、提高办学质量、发挥主体价值、优化办学规模、提升办学效益、积淀文化精神等来实现。
The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to “accelerate the construction of a leading country in education, science and technology, and talent”, “comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of talents”, and “accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system”, which fully reflects the urgent demand by the development of the cause of the Party and the country for high-quality connotative development of higher education.The logical starting point and fundamental premise for the institutions of higher learning to promote high-quality connotative development is to firmly master and apply the world outlook and methodology contained in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the specific paths can be realized by adjusting and optimizing the structure, improving the quality of school running, giving play to the subject value, optimizing the scale of school running, promoting the efficiency of school running, and accumulating cultural spirit.
