新型刚玉自流浇注料的研发及其在钢包上的应用

摘要 对钢包用刚玉自流浇注料的使用工况进行了简述。为了降低材料成本,在常规刚玉自流浇注料的基础上通过使用钛铝酸钙骨料及调整铝微粉的加入,研发了一种新型刚玉自流浇注料,并在150 t钢包上进行了工业试验与经济效益分析。结果表明:新型刚玉自流浇注料的物理性能能满足理化指标要求,在工业试验中能够满足现场的实际使用要求,经济效益可观,可以进行大规模推广应用。 The working conditions of corundum castable for ladle were briefly described. In order to reduce the material cost,a new type of corundum self-flow castable was developed by using calcium aluminate titanate aggregate and adjusting the addition of aluminum powder on the basis of conventional corundum self-flow castable,the industrial test and economic benefit analysis were carried out on 150 t ladle. The results show that the physical properties of the new corundum selfflow castable material can meet the requirements of physical and chemical indexes,and can meet the practical application requirements in the industrial test.
