水杉种子贮藏试验

摘要 为了探寻水杉种子贮藏的适宜含水量、温度和时长,以期为水杉种子的科学贮藏提供参考。本研究以水杉原产地湖北省利川市忠路镇小河村的原生水杉母树上采收的种子为试验材料,通过不同种子含水量、贮藏温度和贮藏时长试验,比较了入库和出库时种子发芽率、发芽势的变化规律。结果表明:种子含水量在10.00%~10.99%时,贮藏期间种子发芽率、发芽势的降低值最小,贮藏效果最佳。种子含水量为10.00%~10.99%,在-5℃贮藏1 a时,发芽率、发芽势降低值最小,贮藏效果最佳;-5℃贮藏1 a、2 a、3 a时,种子的发芽率、发芽势无显著性差异。因此,水杉种子贮藏入库含水量应控制在10.00%~10.99%,贮藏温度推荐-5℃,在-5℃条件下可以贮藏3 a。 In order to explore suitable water content, temperature and storage time of M. glyptostroboides seeds, provide reference for its scientific storage.In this study, the seeds collected from the original mother tree of M.glyptostroboides that grew in Xiaohe Villeage, Zhonglu Township, Lichuan County of Hubei province were used as experimental materials.The change rules of germination rate and germination vigor between entering and leaving the incubator were compared with different moisture, temperature and storage time.The results showed that water content between 10.00% to 10.99%%,the drop value of the germination rate and germination vigor was the lowest, so there was the best moisture for seed storage.when the moisture was 10% to 11%,and the temperature was five degrees below zero,the drop value of the germination rate and germination vigor was the lowest for storage 1 year, there was the best storage condition.There would be no significant difference storage for 1 year, 2 years and 3 years if five degrees below zero.Therefore, the appropriate moisture should be controlled at 10.00% to 10.99%%,and the best temperature should be five degrees below zero, the storage length can be achieved to 3 years if the temperature is five degrees below zero.
