摘要
超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)是一种新型水泥基复合材料,因其拥有超高强度、高韧性、高耐久性、低孔隙率且自密实性好,与普通的混凝土材料相比,优势十分明显。UHPC的优越性能建立在完善的理论体系之上,同时合理的原材料设计也是重要因素。基于此,对超高性能混凝土的制备原理与技术手段、各组成原料的性能进行了总结,并梳理了UHPC在建筑工程中的应用现状,旨在为UHPC的进一步研发与施工应用提供参考。
Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC) is a new type of cementitious material with ultra-high strength, high toughness,high durability, low porosity and self-compacting properties. Compared with ordinary concrete materials, UHPC has many characteristics in terms of water-cement ratio,raw material composition,hydration process and microstructure,etc. UHPC can combine many excellent properties mainly because it is based on a sound theoretical system, and reasonable raw material design is also an important factor. This paper summarized the preparation of UHPC,described the properties,advantages and disadvantages of UHPC raw materials. At the same time,the application status of UHPC in building engineering was sorted,aiming to provide reference for further research and application of UHPC.
