摘要
项目位于佛山市禅城区,采用剪力墙结构,高度超限且存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、抗扭刚度弱等不规则项。采用《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程:广东省标准DBJ/T 15-92—2021》[1],结构抗震性能目标定为C级,采用多软件多计算方法进行设防地震作用下的等效弹性分析以及罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析等,针对狭长平面进行温度应力分析;结果表明:结构整体及构件抗震性能均达到预期目标,提出合理有效加强措施,确保结构安全可行。
The project is located in Chancheng District, Foshan City. The shear wall structure is adopted. The height exceeds the limit and there are irregular items such as torsion irregularity,concave convex irregularity and weak torsional rigidity. According to the technical specification for concrete structures of high rise buildings[1]DBJ/T 15-92—2021 of new Guangdong Province,the seismic performance target of the structure is determined as Grade C,and the equivalent elastic analysis under the action of fortification earthquake and the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake are carried out with multi software and multi calculation methods,and the temperature stress analysis is carried out for the long and narrow plane;The results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its components have reached the expected target,and reasonable and effective strengthening measures are put forward to ensure the safety and feasibility of the structure.
