摘要
某校区教学楼装配式是在EPC模式下对原现浇结构基础上进行深化设计而建造;应用全预制板,优化管线预埋和墙板安装等技术工艺,解决标准化难题和施工问题,提高工效,形成了施工新技术,供类似的工程借鉴。
The prefabricated teaching building in a campus was built on the basis of deepening design of the original cast-in-place structure under EPC mode;The application of full precast slab,optimization of pipeline pre embedding and wall panel installation and other technical processes,solved standardization problems and construction problems,improved work efficiency,and formed a new construction technology for similar projects to learn from.
