Innovation Practice of EPC Project Management——Taking a New University Project as an Example

目前EPC项目执行过程中常出现部分分部分项工程频繁设计变更导致施工预算超出工程概算的情况,以广州市某大型EPC项目实施过程为例,以EPC联合体中施工方角度分析了该项目实施过程中部分分部分项工程施工预算超出工程概算的原因,找出问题症结,而后介绍了从投标阶段到竣工验收及结算阶段采取的解决以上问题的管理措施,保证了项目在不超工程概算的基础上顺利完成。在同类项目中均较为适用,具有良好应用前景。

At present, in the process of EPC project implementation, frequent design changes of some sub-projects often result in the construction budget exceeding the project estimate,combined with a EPC projects in Guangzhou as an example. From the perspective of the construction party in the EPC consortium,analyzes the reasons why the construction budget of some sub-projects exceeds the project estimate during the implementation of the project,identify the problem,then it introduces the management measures taken from the bidding stage to the completion acceptance and settlement stage to solve the above problems,which ensures the successful completion of the project on the basis of not exceeding the estimate of the project. It is suitable for similar projects and has a good application prospect.
