摘要
为研究影响横琴杧洲隧道工程衬砌结构耐久性的影响因素,设计了水胶比为0.35,0.45和0.55,不同养护龄期下的混凝土,对其开展了RCM快速氯离子电迁移试验。研究结果表明,随着养护龄期的增加,混凝土的扩散系数减少。采用有限元软件模拟氯离子的扩散规律,使用年限100年的水胶比为0.35,0.45和0.55的混凝土保护层厚度分别为50 mm,55 mm和60 mm。
To study the influencing factors of the durability of the lining structure of the Hengqin Mangzhou Tunnel Project,the W/C 0.35,0.45 and 0.55 was designed for concrete under different curing ages,and the RCM rapid chloride ion electromigration test was carried out.The results show that the diffusion coefficient of concrete decreased with the increase of curing age. By finite element software to simulate the diffusion of chloride ions,we concluded that the thickness of the protective layer with W/C 0.35,0.45 and 0.55 with a service life of100 years is 50 mm,55mm and 60 mm.
