We're the best……at having the worst image,says a recent report by Renmin University.Based on 2,000 media stories covering 30 provinces,the report used five indicators:public security,social order,public services,environment and image of officials.Traffic jams and corruption were among the top factors contributing to Guangdong province’s poor performance.The report also surveyed 1,400 people on perception of officials,in which Guangdong scored the worst.
