On May 1,2014,over 1,000 specta-tors gathered at the Children's Palace Book City in Shenzhen for a very unusual instrumental show.On display was not the piano or the violin,both of which Chinese people hâve taken to with such aplomb in the last few décades.Instead,it was an import from the soothing Tropical US State of Hawaii.
