摘要 GOSSIP Here we were last month,wondering why Guangzhou never sees any Michelin-star chefs set up shop permanently And then to the rescue comes Hola Espana(p59),helmed by Pedro Gines.Okay,so he hasn't actually won any himself but he has worked in a two-star restaurant,so we're getting closer!Not as many comings and goings on Xingsheng Lu as in recent months.
