摘要
近年来,气候变化问题日益严峻,碳中和已经成为我国环境保护的重要目标。在碳中和导向下,装配式建筑具有生产排放小、加工简单、施工方便等优点,是实现碳中和目标的重要技术方法。本文通过对装配式建筑设计应用进行分析,得出装配式建筑设计存在建设资金大、运输不便、尺寸受限问题。为了在碳中和导向下实现装配式建筑的使用最大化,基于碳中和的装配式建筑设计关键要素,对建筑设计全生命周期控制、BIM技术协同应用、绿色建筑设计中材料循环利用三个要素进行分析,达到装配式建筑设计的碳中和目标。
In recent years, the problem of climate change has become increasingly severe, and carbon neutrality has become an important goal for our country’s environmental protection. Under the guidance of carbon neutrality, prefabricated buildings have the advantages of low production emissions, simple processing, and convenient construction, which are important technical methods to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. This paper analyzes the application of prefabricated building design, and finds that the prefabricated building design has the problems of large construction funds, inconvenient transportation and limited size, and so on. In order to maximize the use of prefabricated buildings under the guidance of carbon neutrality, the key elements for the design of prefabricated buildings based on carbon neutrality are proposed.Then the paper analyzes from three aspects of full life cycle control of building design, collaborative application of BIM technology, and material recycling in green building design, so as to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in the design of the prefabricated buildings.
