传统村落保护背景下灵泉村空间活化策略研究

Research on the Spatial Activation Strategy of Lingquan Village under the Background of Traditional Village Protection

合阳灵泉村是第二批国家级传统村落,十几年间新村得到了跨越式的发展,变成主要生活空间,发展带来生活水平的提升,也带来了如场所精神丧失、传统营建经验消逝、人居环境质量低下等诸多问题。现今新村在保护传承与发展利用之间失去平衡,过分强调发展和流于表面的保护,致使其空间失活。本文针对灵泉村新村空间,进行空间活化的路径探索,研究改善村民生活质量、促进良性运转、实现长久发展的对策。

Lingquan Village in Heyang is the second batch of national traditional villages. In more than ten years, the new village has developed by leaps and bounds and become the main living space. The development has not only improved the living standard,but also brought many problems, such as the loss of place spirit,the disappearance of traditional construction experience, the low quality of living environment, and so on. Nowadays, the new village loses the balance between protection, inheritance, development and utilization, and overemphasizes development and superficial protection, resulting in its space inactivation. Aiming at the space problem of the new village of Lingquan Village, this paper explores the strategy of space activation, and looks for the countermeasures to improve the quality of villagers’ life, to promote the benign operation of the village and to realize the long-term development of the village.
