TOD区域儿童可步行性的因素及规划策略研究——以北京市长阳地铁站为例 被引量:1

摘要 步行活动对儿童健康成长的重要性不言而喻,然而随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市建成环境中儿童可步行空间的缺失问题逐渐显现。尤其是在城市建成度较高的TOD区域,儿童的可步行性并未得到很好的考虑,普遍存在安全性、便利性、适幼性等方面的问题,这与TOD中强调的“提升可步行性”原则背道而驰。如何提升“TOD区域的儿童可步行性”,成为摆在规划师面前的重要课题。文章试图从“儿童”和“TOD”的视角进行可步行性研究,探索TOD区域的儿童可步行性的影响因素和规划策略。研究发现,TOD区域儿童可步行性根据特性可大致分为三个圈层:核心圈层、中部圈层和外部圈层。最后文章针对不同圈层提出了提升TOD区域儿童可步行性的规划策略。 It goes without saying that walking activities are important for healthy development of the children. However, with the acceleration of urbanization in China, the lack of children’s walking space in urban built environment has gradually emerged.Especially in TOD areas where the built environment has higher degree of completion, children walkability is not well considered,and lack of safety, convenience, and suitability. This situation runs counter to the principle of “improving walkability” emphasized in the TOD model. It has become an important task for urban planners that how to improve “children walkability in TOD areas”. From the perspective of “children” and “TOD”, this paper tries to explore the influencing factors and planning recommendations of children walkability in TOD areas. According to the research results, children walkability in TOD areas can be roughly divided into three circles:core circle, middle circle and outer circle. Finally, the paper provides planning recommendations for improving children walkability in TOD area according to the three circles.
