摘要
目前城市存量规模庞大,在此类更新项目中如何最大化地提升社会价值和经济价值是本文的出发点。WE国际设计机构的改造流程研究项目三个相关方(政府、市民及开发商)的基本需求,通过设计将三者的需求整合起来,以美国PMP理论为基础,用现代建筑设计手法指导项目落地实施。文章不仅通过多个实际落地项目展示了改造项目的一般流程,同时对实际遇到的问题逐一剖析,并有针对性地去解决问题。
At present,the scale of the urban stock market is huge,and how to maximize the social value and economic value in such renewal projects is our starting point.The renovation process studies the basic needs of the three stakeholders of the renovation project(government,citizens and developing companies),integrates the needs of the three through design,and uses modern architectural design techniques to guide the implementation of the project based on the American PMP theory.The paper not only presents the general process of the transformation project through several actual landing projects,but also analyzes the problems encountered in the actual process one by one and solves them in a targeted manner.
