保定市历史文化街区近百年商业空间演变探析

Analysis on the Evolution of Commercial Space in Baoding’s Historical and Cultural Blocks in the Past 100 Years

河北保定市历史街区作为保定古城传统文化的根脉,以及城市记忆的重要物质载体,由于过去对历史文化街区认知的局限性,目前街区内商业业态功能不够完善,古城经济发展停滞不前。本文对历史文化记忆、文脉传承、传统复兴,自身的文化资源利用、街区活力恢复等方面进行探讨。通过对保定历史文化街区的实地走访调研与问卷调查,分析其近百年的商业空间演变,分析建筑、街道、业主与业态的关联性。总结商业业态的特征规律,并试图探讨针对历史文化街区当代商业化问题的改善途径。

The historical and cultural blocks of Baoding City,Hebei Province are the roots of the traditional culture of the ancient city of Baoding and an important material carrier of urban memory.Due to the limitations of the cognition on the historical and cultural block in the past,the functions of the business forms in the block are not perfect at present,and the economic development of the ancient city has stagnated.This paper discusses how to retain the historical and cultural memory,to inherit the cultural context,to revive the tradition,and to effectively use its own cultural resources to restore the vitality of the neighborhood.Through field visits and surveys and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the evolution of the commercial space of Baoding historical and cultural blocks in the past 100 years,analyzes the correlation between buildings,streets,owners and business formats,and then summarizes the characteristics and laws of commercial formats.The paper tries to explore ways to improve the contemporary commercialization of historical and cultural blocks.
