基于周边居民需求的历史文化街区满意度评价——以南京老门东为例

Satisfaction Evaluation of Historical and Cultural Districts Based on the Needs of the Surrounding Residents:A Case of Nanjing Laomendong

以南京老门东历史文化街区为例,选取以其为中心的15 min步行可达范围内的10个居住小区作为研究对象,通过实地调研和问卷调查,对历史文化街区建成环境现状,以及周边居民的社会属性、日常行为特征与生活需求、对街区的满意度进行调研,分析历史文化街区对周边居民日常生活的影响,探究周边居民行为特征、生活需求与建成环境之间的关联性。最后,基于周边居民行为特征与生活需求,从功能配置、交通系统、公共空间和景观绿化四个层面提出对历史文化街区建成环境的优化策略。

This paper takes the historic and cultural district of Laomendong in Nanjing as an example,and selects ten residential districts within a 15-minute walking distance of the district as research objects.Through investigation and questionnaire survey,the paper investigates the current situation of built environment in the historical and cultural district,and the social attributes,daily behavior characteristics,living needs and satisfaction of the surrounding residents,analyzes the impact of the historical and cultural district on the daily life of the surrounding residents,and explores the correlation between the behavior characteristics,living needs and built environment of the surrounding residents.Finally,based on the behavior characteristics and living needs of the surrounding residents,strategies for optimizing the built environment of the historic and cultural district are proposed in terms of functional configuration,traffic system,public space and landscape greening.
