近年来,随着市场经济及改革开放的持续推进,建筑项目数量持续增多,建筑工程规模也在不断扩大。然而,在较大的建筑工程当中,由于地理环境、工作环境较为复杂,涉及多项管理工作,直接影响了建筑工程的质量和效率,这也对工程管理提出了更加严格的要求。BIM作为一种先进的工程管理理念,目前已经得到了广泛应用,在我国一些大型建筑项目的管理过程中积极探索BIM技术的应用策略,能够提高管理质量,促进建筑工程顺利推进,避免在建筑工程中产生诸多问题。
