城市特色保护下现代地标建筑发展策略研究——以南京紫峰大厦为例

Study on the Development Strategy of Modern Landmark Buildings under the Protection of Urban Characteristics:A Case of Nanjing Zifeng Building

近年来,城市的经济发展水平与城市化水平越来越高,许多城市为了展示其发展成就与发展雄心,开始在城市中兴建超高层现代化地标建筑。本文以南京城内的超高层地标建筑紫峰大厦为论述主体,在简要叙述南京发展历史与建筑特色的基础上,介绍了南京紫峰大厦项目的特点,并从项目建设与城市发展的冲突方面,分析了南京紫峰大厦这一现代化大体量建筑对城市的影响。在此基础上,针对上述问题提出对城市特色保护下地标建筑发展的一些看法。

In recent years,the level of economic development and urbanization of cities has become higher and higher.In order to demonstrate their development achievements and show their development ambitions,many cities have begun to build super highrise modern landmark buildings in the cities.This paper takes the super high-rise landmark building Zifeng Building in Nanjing as the main body for discussion.On the basis of a brief description of the development history and architectural characteristics of Nanjing,it introduces the characteristics of the project of Zifeng Building,and discusses the influence of Nanjing Zifeng Building,a modern largescale building,on the conflict between project construction and urban development.On this basis,in view to the above problems,the author puts forward some views on the construction of urban landmarks under the context of protecting the characteristics of the cities.
