中医药治疗癌因性疲乏的文献计量学研究及文献知识图谱分析

Bibliometric Study and Analysis of Literature Knowledge Attas on the Treatment of Cancer-Related Fatigue with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 分析中医药在治疗癌因性疲乏(CRF)领域相关研究的发展趋势及热点,为临床或科研提供参考。方法 采用CiteSpace软件分析中国知网(CNKI)和科学文献索引(WOS)数据库自建库截至2021年12月31日收录的中医药治疗CRF的相关文献,明确研究的主要团队、核心作者及研究发展趋势和热点。结果 2000—2021年,中医药治疗CRF研究文献呈逐年上升趋势,国内文献发表量的机构主要集中于中医药大学。国外以美国发文最多,其中Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center发文最多。研究内容主要集中于热门瘤种、产生CRF的诱因、CRF的中医病机、中医治疗CRF的机制、主要治疗措施以及中医情志心理治疗6个方面。各种针刺疗法、灸法是目前国内外研究关注点,产生机制、炎症、肠道菌群以及督灸、间接灸可能是将来的研究热点。结论 国内外均较早开展中医药治疗CRF研究,相关文献发表量呈逐年上升趋势。

Objective To analyse the development trend and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF), and provide reference for clinical and research.Methods CiteSpace software was used to analyze the literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRF from the establishment of China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI) and web of science(WOS) database to December 31, 2021, and the main research teams, core authors, and research development trends and hotspots were identified.Results From 2000 to 2021, the literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRF had been increasing year by year, and the institutions with large amount of literature publication in China were mainly Chinese medicine universities. Among foreign countries, the United States published the most literatures, among which Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center published the most. The research content mainly focused on 6 aspects, such as popular tumor species, inducement of CRF, traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of CRF, traditional Chinese medicine treatment mechanism of CRF, main therapeutic measures and traditional Chinese medicine emotional and psychological treatment. Various acupuncture therapies and moxibustion methods were currently the focus of research, the mechanism of action, inflammation, intestinal flora, moxibustion and indirect moxibustion may be the hot spot of research in the future.Conclusion Research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRF has been carried out earlier at home and abroad, and the amount of literature published has been increasing year by year.
