外泌体在肺腺癌早期诊断和治疗中的应用进展

Application of Exosomes in Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Adenocarcinoma

肺腺癌是目前肺癌中发病率最高的亚型,由于早期无特异临床表现,早期确诊率较低,病死率较高。外泌体是体液中广泛分布的囊泡,包括诸多信号分子,在肿瘤增殖多个环节均有一定作用,联合低剂量CT在肺腺癌的早期诊断中可提高检出率,也是肺腺癌治疗和疗效评价的潜在靶点。本文对外泌体在肺腺癌诊治领域的进展进行综述。

Lung adenocarcinoma is the subtype with the highest incidence rate of lung cancer at present. Because there is no specific clinical manifestation in the early stage, the early diagnosis rate is low and the mortality rate is high. The exosomes is a vesicle widely distributed in body fluid, including many signal molecules, which plays a certain role in many aspects of tumor proliferation. The combination of low-dose CT can increase the detection rate in the early diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma, and is also a potential target for the treatment and efficacy evaluation of lung adenocarcinoma. This article reviews the progress of exocrine body in the diagnosis and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.
