摘要
目的:观察急性脑梗死患者血清黑素瘤缺乏因子2 (absent in melanoma 2,AIM2)水平的变化及意义。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年4月收治于浙江大学医学院附属第四医院的186例急性脑梗死患者作为病例组,选取同期64例健康体检者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定其血清AIM2水平,比较AIM2水平在两组患者之间的差异,并分析AIM2水平与患者神经功能缺损严重程度及预后的关系。结果:病例组血清AIM2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清AIM2水平在NIHSS评分轻度组、中度组、重度组中逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(H=120.17,P<0.05),AIM2水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.705,P<0.05);预后不良组血清AIM2水平明显高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.387,P<0.05),AIM2水平与mRS评分呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.654,P<0.05),ROC曲线显示AIM2在协助判断急性脑梗死患者预后方面具有一定的价值,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:血清AIM2可能参与了急性脑梗死的发生、发展,其水平在一定程度上有利于协助评估急性脑梗死患者神经功能损害的严重程度,并可以预测预后。
Objective:To observe the changes and significance of absent in melanoma 2(AIM2) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 186 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were collected as the case group and 64 healthy physical examiners during the same period as the control group. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine their serum AIM2 levels, the difference of AIM2 levels between the two groups of patients was compared, and the relationship between AIM2 levels and the severity of neurological deficits and prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results:The serum AIM2 was higher in the case group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum AIM2 levels gradually increased in the mild, moderate, and severe NIHSS score groups, and the difference was statistically significant(H=120.17, P<0.05). AIM2 levels were positively correlated with NIHSS scores, with mRS scores,wyth statistically significant difference(r=0.705, P<0.05). Serum AIM2 levels were significantly higher in the poor prognosis group than in the good prognosis group, with a statistically significant difference(Z=6.387, P<0.05). AIM2 levels were positively correlated, with mRS scores, with statistically significant difference(r=0.654, P<0.05). The ROC curve showed the value of AIM2 in assisting in determining the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction, with a statistically significant difference(P=0.003).Conclusion:Serum AIM2 may be involved in the occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction,and its level is helpful to assess the severity of neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and can predict the prognosis.
