情景模拟法在护理教学中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress in the application of situational simulation method in nursing teaching

摘要 随着临床医学不断进步,越来越多的临床仪器以及监护设备层出不穷,其对临床工作者的相关要求也迅速升高。为了提升临床救治效果,需要在护生实训教学中增加情景模拟教学,使学生通过模拟教学掌握更多的临床经验,增强学生的实践能力,为日后工作中有效挽救患者的生命打下良好基础。情景模拟教学是以模拟真实场景作为教学载体,引导学生积极展开自主研究学习的方法,教师通过为学生创建教学情景,可以让形象思维、认知和情感、抽象思维有机结合在一起,从而让学生在这一教学情景中,充分发挥自身的创造性、主动性以及积极性,并将理论知识与实践经验有机结合,最终提高学生的表达能力、应变能力以及实践能力。同时,情景模拟教学可以让教师根据教学内容进行教学设计,以针对性的教学环境,将学生带入角色模拟,在此过程中获取更多的知识,并将其灵活用于实际工作中。本文综述了情景模拟教学法在护理教学中的应用研究进展,以期为护理教学提供更好的参考方案。 With the continuous progress of clinical medicine,more and more clinical instruments and monitoring equipment emerge in endlessly,and the relevant requirements for clinical workers are also rising rapidly. In order to improve the treatment effect in clinical practice,it is necessary to add situational simulation teaching to the practical training teaching of nursing students,so that students can master more clinical experience through simulation teaching,enhance their practical ability and lay a good foundation for effectively saving patients’ lives in future work. Situational simulation teaching is a method that adopts simulated real scenes as a teaching carrier to guide students to actively carry out independent research and learning. By creating a teaching situation for students,teachers can organically combine image thinking,cognition,emotion,and abstract thinking,so that students can give full play to their creativity,initiative and enthusiasm in this teaching situation. And the organic combination of theoretical knowledege and practical experience ultimately improves students’ ability of expression,adaptability and practical ability.At the same time,the situational simulation teaching allows teachers to design teaching according to the teaching content,bring students into role simulation in a targeted teaching environment,acquire more knowledge in the process,and use it flexibly in practical work. This article summarizes the research progress of the application of situational simulation teaching method in nursing teaching,in order to provide a better reference plan for nursing teaching.
