院前急救在脑卒中患者救治中的应用价值

Application value of pre hospital first aid in the treatment of stroke patients

目的 探究在对脑卒中患者抢救过程中院前急救的应用价值,为提高救治成功率提供参考。方法 本次研究随机抽取了88例2019年7月—2020年7月通过呼叫天津市急救中心120送达医院接受抢救的脑卒中患者,按照抢救流程不同将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各44例。因各种原因未接受院前急救治疗,仅经车辆转运至医院的为对照组,接受院前急救治疗的为研究组,比较两组患者入院后急诊处置用时、救治成功率及预后情况。结果 研究组患者入院后急诊处置用时为(12.31±5.12)min,短于对照组的(33.14±6.15)min;研究组救治成功率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%;研究组患者基本稳定占比54.55%,高于对照组的18.18%;研究组患者植物状态及死亡占比低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组功能损害占比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在对脑卒中患者进行抢救的过程中,经过院前初步急救能够明显缩短患者入院后急诊处置的用时,尽早开始专科治疗,提高患者的救治成功率,改善患者预后情况,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of pre hospital first aid in the rescue of stroke patients,and to provide reference for improving the success rate of treatment. Methods This study randomly selected 88 stroke patients who were sent to the hospital for rescue by calling Tianjin Emergency Center 120 from July 2019 to July 2020. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to different rescue procedures,with 44 cases in each group. For various reasons,those who did not receive pre hospital emergency treatment and were only transported to the hospital by vehicles were the control group,and those who received pre hospital emergency treatment were the study group. The emergency treatment time after admission,rescue success rate and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The emergency treatment time of the patients in the study group after admission was(12.31±5.12)min,whichwaslowerthan(33.14±6.15)mininthecontrol group;the rescue success rate in the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55% in the control group;the proportion of patients in the study group who was basically stable was 54.55%,which was higher than 18.18% in the control group;the proportion of vegetative state and death in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the proportion of functional impairment between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion In the process of rescuing stroke patients,pre hospital first aid could significantly shorten the emergency treatment time after admission,start specialist treatment as soon as possible,improve the success rate of patients’ treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients,which had clinical application value.
