摘要
目的 分析多发肋骨骨折患者于固定手术中应用镍肽合金抓握式接骨板的应用效果。方法 随机选取2020年10月—2022年2月到兴宁市人民医院心胸外科就医的多发肋骨骨折患者80例进行研究,依照治疗方式不同将患者分为手术治疗组40例(镍肽合金抓握式接骨板内固定)与保守治疗组40例(常规外固定),对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、康复效果(FMA)、初步运动时间、住院时间。结果 手术治疗组患者治疗有效率100.00%优于保守治疗组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.636,P=0.017);手术治疗组患者并发症发生率5.00%低于保守治疗组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.439,P=0.006);手术治疗组患者初步运动时间、住院时间及治疗后VAS、FMA评分均优于保守治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗多发肋骨骨折患者施行固定手术时采用镍肽合金抓握式接骨板能显著改善患者临床治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nickel-peptide alloy grasping plate in fixation in patients with multiple rib fractures. Methods A total of 80 patients who visited Xingning People’s Hospital’s cardiothoracic surgery department from October 2020 to February 2022 were randomly selected for study, according to different treatment methods, the 80 patients were divided into a surgical treatment group of 40 cases(nickel-peptide alloy grasping plate in internal fixation) and conservative treatment group of 40 cases(conventional external fixation), the clinical efficacy and incidence of complications, VAS, FMA, initial exercise time, and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate(100.00%) in the surgical treatment group was better than that in the conservative treatment group(82.50%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.636, P=0.017);the incidence of complications in the surgical treatment group(5.00%) was lower than that in the conservative treatment group patients(27.50%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.439, P=0.006);the initial exercise time, hospital stay,VAS and FMA scores after treatment of the patients in the surgical treatment group were better than those in the conservative treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of nickel-peptide alloy grasping bone plate can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with multiple rib fractures during fixation surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote rapid recovery of patients, which is worthy of wide application.
