子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者采用腹腔镜联合亮丙瑞林治疗的临床疗效研究

A Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Treatment Combined with Leuprolide in Patients with Endometriosis with Infertility

目的 分析子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者进行腹腔镜联合亮丙瑞林治疗的治疗效果。方法 随机选取2018年3月—2020年3月福建省莆田市第一医院收治的70例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者,分为对照组(35例,腹腔镜)与研究组(35例,腹腔镜联合亮丙瑞林)。观察比较两组患者治疗效果,包括临床治疗效果,促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇水平,妊娠率、复发率等指标。结果 治疗后,研究组患者治疗有效率为85.71%,高于对照组患者的62.82%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.786,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者妊娠率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者联合应用腹腔镜手术、亮丙瑞林药物治疗,可以加强临床治疗效果,降低患者性激素水平,同时可以提升患者术后妊娠率,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin on patients with endometriosis and infertility. Methods From March 2018 to March 2020, 70 patients with endometriosis and infertility admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City, Fujian Province were randomly selected and divided into the control group(35 cases, laparoscopy) and the study group(35 cases, laparoscopy combined with leuprolide). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared, including clinical therapeutic effects, levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, pregnancy rate, recurrence rate and other indicators. Results After treatment, the effective rate of patients in the study group was 85.71%, higher than 62.82% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.786, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the pregnancy rate higher than in the study group was in the control group, recurrence rate of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of laparoscopic surgery and leuprorelin in the treatment of patients with endometriosis and infertility can enhance the clinical treatment effect and reduce the sex hormone level of patients. At the same time, it can improve the pregnancy rate of patients after surgery and reduce the recurrence rate of disease.
