血清内毒素和淀粉样蛋白及CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平与艾滋病患者机会性感染的相关性 被引量:3

Association of serum endotoxin, amyloid A and CD_(4)^(+) T cells with opportunistic infection in AIDS patients

摘要 目的 探究血清内毒素(ET)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平与艾滋病(AIDS)患者机会性感染及病毒载量的关系。方法 选取2019年5月-2021年8月河北北方学院附属第一医院诊治的104例AIDS机会性感染患者为机会性感染组,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染无症状患者40例为非感染组;另选同期40名于医院体检健康人员为对照组。分析外周血ET、SAA及CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平与机会性感染组患者病毒载量的相关性。结果 三组ET、SAA及CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),机会性感染组、非感染组及对照组ET、SAA水平依次下降,CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平依次上升(P<0.05);不同病毒载量水平机会性感染组患者ET、SAA及CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着病毒载量升高,血清ET、SAA水平逐渐升高,CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论 AIDS机会性感染患者存在ET、SAA及CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平异常情况,且其水平与机会性感染及病毒载量可能存在一定关联。 OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between serum endotoxin(ET), serum amyloid A(SAA), CD_(4)^(+)T cells and opportunistic infection as well as viral load of patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS). METHODS Totally 104 AIDS patients with opportunistic infection who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from May 2019 to Aug 2021 were assigned as the opportunistic infection group, and 40 patients who had human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection but did not have symptoms were chosen as the non-infection group. Meanwhile, 40 healthy people who received physical examination were chosen as the control group. The association between the serum ET, SAA, CD_(4)^(+)T cells and the viral load of the patients with opportunistic infection was observed. RESULTS There were significant differences in the levels of ET, SAA and CD_(4)^(+)T cells among the three groups(P<0.05);the levels of ET and SAA successively declined in the opportunistic infection group, the non-infection group and the control group, while the level CD_(4)^(+)T cells was successively elevated(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of ET, SAA and CD_(4)^(+)T among the opportunistic infection group with different levels of viral loads(P<0.05). With the rise of viral load, the levels of serum ET and SAA were elevated, while the CD_(4)^(+)T cells level was reduced(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The AIDS patients with opportunistic infections show abnormal levels of ET, SAA and CD_(4)^(+)T cells, and there might be certain correlation between the levels of above indexes and the opportunistic infection as well as the viral load.
