反复呼吸道感染患儿血小板和维生素A/E水平变化及其与体液免疫的相关性 被引量:3

Changes of platelets and vitamin A/E in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and their association with humoral immunity

摘要 目的 探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿血小板(PLT)、维生素A(VitA)、维生素E(VitE)水平及其与体液免疫的相关性。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月温州市中西医结合医院诊治的150例RRTI患儿为研究组,另取同期60名健康体检儿童为对照组。检测两组PLT、VitA、VitE及体液免疫指标[免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgM、IgA],采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价PLT、VitA及VitE对RRTI的诊断价值,采用Pearson相关分析PLT、VitA、VitE与体液免疫指标的相关性。结果 研究组PLT、VitA、VitE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VitA及VitE缺乏发生率分别为39.33%、28.67%均高于对照组(P<0.05);ROC曲线结果,PLT、VitA及VitE联合诊断RRTI的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.890;研究组IgG、IgM、IgA水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,RRTI患儿PLT、VitA及VitE水平与IgG、IgM、IgA均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 RRTI患儿PLT、VitA、VitE水平及体液免疫指标均降低,且PLT、VitA、VitE与体液免疫存在相关性,临床可将PLT、VitA及VitE作为诊断RRTI的参考指标。 OBJECTIVE To explore the levels of platelet(PLT), vitamin A(VitA) and vitamin E(VitE) in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) and observe their association with humoral immunity. METHODS A total of 150 children with RRTI who were treated in Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine form May 2020 to May 2021 were assigned as the study group, meanwhile, 60 healthy children who received physical examination were chosen as the control group. The levels of PLT, VitA, VitE and humoral immunity indexes[immunoglobulin(Ig)G, IgM, IgA] were detected, the values of PLT, VitA and VitE in diagnosis of RRTI were evaluated by means of receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves, and the association between PLT, VitA, VitE and humoral immunity indexes was observed by Pearson Correlation analysis. RESULTS The levels of IgG, VitA and VitE of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rates of VitA and VitE deficiency of the study group were respectively 39.33% and 28.67%, higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve(AUC) of the joint detection PLT, VitA and VitE was 0.890 in diagnosis of RRTI. The levels of IgG, IgM and IgA of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The result of Pearson correlation analysis indicated that the levels of PLT, VitA and VitE of the children with RRTI were positive correlated with IgG, IgM and IgA(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The levels of PCT, VitA, VitE and humoral immunity indexes of the children with RRTI are reduced, there is association between the PLT, VitA, VitE and the humoral immunity. The PLT, VitA and VitE can be used as indexes for clinical diagnosis of RRTI.
