2021年上海市不同级别医疗机构医院感染管理人员岗位胜任力现况调查

Current status of post competency of nosocomial infection control personnel in different grades of medical institutions of Shanghai in 2021

目的调查上海市不同级别医疗机构医院感染管理人员岗位胜任力现状,为今后制定针对性能力提升培训提供科学依据。方法设计包含感染管理基本认知、基本技能、专业知识、个人品质4个维度35个小项的调查问卷,2021年4月由上海市医院感染质量控制中心对各级医疗机构医院感染管理专兼职人员进行问卷调查。结果有效回收564份问卷,不同医疗机构感染管理人员的性别构成、专业背景、最高学历、职称、职务、感控工作年限、工作性质差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三级医疗机构感染管理人员在基本认知、基本技能、专业知识、个人品质等多项内容得分均高于二级医疗机构、一级医疗机构和社会办医疗机构(P<0.05),而一级医疗机构和社会办医疗机构各项得分无显著差异。结论上海市不同级别医疗机构感染管理人员的岗位胜任力差异较大,需加强培训提高其专业知识水平,促进各项技能的提升。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of post competency of nosocomial infection control personnel in different grades of medical institutions in Shanghai so as to provide scientific basis for formulating targeted training of enhancement of competency.METHODS A questionnaire covering 35 items in 4 dimensions basic cognition,basic skills,specialized knowledge and personal quality was designed.The questionnaire survey was conducted for the full-time and part-time of nosocomial infection control personnel by Shanghai Nosocomial Infection Quality Control Center in Apr 2021.RESULTS Totally 564 valid questionnaires were recycled,and there were significant differences in the gender,professional background,highest academic degree,professional title,position,working years of infection control and nature of work among the different grades of hospitals(P<0.05).The scores of basic cognition,basic skills,specialized knowledge and worker nature of the infection control personnel were higher in the tertiary medical institutions than in the secondary and primary medical institutions as well as community medical institutions(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the scores of the items between the primary medical institutions and the community medical institutions.CONCLUSION There is significant difference in the post competency of the infection control personnel among the different grades of medical institutions in Shanghai.It is necessary to enhance the training so as to raise the level of specialized knowledge and improve the skills.
