人工智能系统在外来医疗器械交接中应用效果的多中心研究 被引量:6

A multi-center study on application effect of artificial intelligence system on receiving process of loaner instruments

摘要 目的评价人工智能系统在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械交接管理中的应用及价值。方法选取北京市使用外来医疗器械(外来医疗器械手术量>50例/月)的一家三级甲等综合医院及两家三级综合医院,采用人工智能系统对外来医疗器械交接进行管理优化,其中,2021年8-9月接收的外来医疗器械347件为对照组,2021年10-11月接收的外来医疗器械347件为研究组,比较两组器械清点用时、清点错误率及追溯信息记录的完整率和准确率。结果研究组共记录外来医疗器械交接347件,其中人工髋关节置换术器械102件,清点用时(95.48±37.66)秒/件,清点错误率为0%;全部347件中追溯信息记录的完整率为100.00%、准确率为100.00%,信息记录标准规范且可自动电子化归档;对照组中人工髋关节置换术器械50件,清点用时(915.08±53.83)秒/件,清点错误率为52.00%;347例历史追溯信息记录完整率为74.93%、准确率为57.93%,信息记录欠规范且需手工录入电子信息系统;研究组和对照组各项数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统手工交接,人工智能系统的应用可缩短外来医疗器械交接中的清点用时,降低清点错误率,提高追溯信息记录的完整率和准确率,有助于改善外来医疗器械的全流程质量管理和对国家相关行业标准的依从性,体现出良好的应用效果。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application of artificial intelligence system in handover of loaner instruments in central sterile supply department.METHODS A three-A tertiary general hospital and two tertiary general hospitals of Beijing where the loaner instruments were used(quantity of surgeries that used loaner instruments more than 50 cases per month)were enrolled in the study.The artificial intelligence system was employed to optimize the management of receiving procedures of loaner instruments,347 pieces of loaner instruments that were received from Aug 2021 to Sep 2021 were assigned as the control group,and 347 pieces of loaner instruments that were received from Oct 2021 to Nov 2021 were assigned as the study group.The time consumption for instrument counting,incidence of counting errors,and rates of completeness and accuracy of tracing data were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS A total of 347 pieces of loaner instruments of handover were recorded in the study group,102 of which were used for artificial hip replacement,with the time consumption of counting(95.48±37.66)s/piece,the incidence of counting errors 0;the rate of completeness of traced data records was 100.00%among the 347 pieces,with the accurate rate 100.00%,and all the data collected met the industry standard requirements and could be automatically digitalized for documentation.Totally 50 pieces of loaner instruments were used for artificial hip replacement in the control group;with the time consumption of counting(915.08±53.83)s/piece,the incidence of counting errors 52.00%;the rate of completeness of traced data records was 74.93%among the 347 cases,with the accurate rate 57.93%;the data collected did not fully meet the industry standard requirements and needed further manual processing to feed digital system for documentation.There were significant differences in the items of data between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION As compared with the traditional manual handover,the artificial intelligence system may shorten the counting time of loaner instruments during the handover,reduce the incidence of counting errors,raise the completeness rate and accurate rate of traced data,and facilitate the improvement of full-process quality management of loaner instruments and compliance with national relevant industry standards,demonstrating favorable application effects.
