摘要
16S rRNA基因测序技术可以有效识别医院内物体表面、水体、医疗设备等各种环境中微生物的群落结构,帮助追踪医院环境中微生物分布及传播关系。本文主要介绍16S rRNA基因测序在医院环境微生物群落分布特征分析中的研究进展,以期为院内感染传播研究和控制策略提供一些思路。
16S rRNA gene sequencing technology can effectively identify the microbial community structure in various environments such as object surfaces,water bodies and medical equipment in hospitals and help to track the distribution and transmission of microorganisms in the hospital environment.The progress of research on 16S rRNA gene sequencing in analysis of the distribution of microorganisms in hospital environment was mainly interpreted in the article so as to provide some ideas for development of strategies for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
