“双高计划”背景下高职院校党建带团建长效机制与实施路径

On the Long-term Mechanism and Implementation Path of the“Youth League Building Led by Party Building”in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of“High-Level Higher Vocational College Project”

高职院校党建带团建工作是一项长期性的系统工程,是高校加强党组织建设的重要内容,是促进共青团建设的良好载体。通过阐释高职院校“双高计划”党建带团建的基本内涵和模式,以云南“双高计划”高职院校为例,分析高职院校党建带团建工作现状和存在问题,提出了“双高计划”背景下云南高职院校党建带团建长效机制的构建策略及实现路径。

The“Youth League Building Led by Party Building”in higher vocational colleges is a long-term project,which plays an important role in the Party building in higher education and facilitates the building of the Communist Youth League of China(CYLC).This paper elaborates the concept and working mode of the“Youth League Building Led by Party Building”in higher vocational colleges.A case study is made on a college in Yunnan Province listed in the“High-Level Higher Vocational College Project”.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the“Youth League Building Led by Party Building”in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the construction strategy and implementation path of the long-term mechanism.
