新时代共青团宣传思想文化研究——以昆明冶金高等专科学校“融媒体搭建”为例

Promoting Ideology and Culture of the Communist Youth League of China in the New Era:A Case Study of“Media Convergence Construction”Project in Kunming Metallurgy College

青年大学生是互联网普及率最高的人群。如何把握信息网络时代学校团委思想引领的特点和规律,推动学校团委宣传思想文化引领传统优势与信息技术高度融合,是新时代高校共青团工作的挑战。以昆明冶专团委“融媒体搭建”为例,从搭建与发展融媒体平台、打造各平台战略性产品、塑造融媒体特色工作品牌、利用好融媒体网络平台正确引导、做好舆论引导与监控、总结融媒体搭建经验提高工作效率6个方面进行分析,指出了新时代高校共青团宣传思想文化工作的创新路径。

College students accounts for the highest Internet penetration rate.It is a challenge in the information age to grasp the characteristics and laws of the ideological guidance of Youth League Committees in schools in the information network era,promote ideological and cultural guidance of the school Youth League Committee,and integrate the traditional advantages with information technology.This paper makes a case study of the“Media Convergence Construction”project of the Communist Youth League Committee of Kunming metallurgical College,and put forward the path of promoting ideological and cultural work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new era from six aspects:building media convergence platform,making strategic products of the platform,shaping the characteristics of the work,making good use of the media convergence network,guiding and monitoring public opinions,reviewing experience to promote work efficiency.
