现代学徒制人才培养模式师资建设与教学实施探讨——以物业管理专业为例

Investigation into the Development of Teaching Staff and Teaching Practice in Modern Apprenticeship System:A Case Study of Property Management Major

物业管理专业适宜通过现代学徒制模式来提高人才培养质量。以“现代学徒制”模式培养物业管理人才的过程中,在教学团队建设方面,实现校企社的融合,帮助学徒夯实理论基础、提高岗位工作技能并构建其换位思考和解决问题的能力;在教学实施方面,以课堂教学与项目实习联动、不同年级学徒联动实现教学实施的产学研融合。结合物业管理专业特点,落实“现代学徒制”核心内涵,切实提高物业管理专业人才培养质量。

Modern apprenticeship is a good way to boost talent cultivation of property management majors.In the process of cultivating property management talents via the modern apprenticeship model,the school-enterprise-society integration is conducted in the construction of teaching team.Apprentices are assisted to reinforce theoretical study,improve professional skills and enhance the ability to consider different perspectives and solve problems.In teaching practice,the industry-school-research integration is undertaken by connecting classroom teaching,internship,and coordinated development of apprentices of different grades.Based on the specialty characteristics of property management major,the“modern apprenticeship system”is put into effect to improve the talent cultivation.
