磨料水射流切割技术在煤矿生产中的安全应用探讨

摘要 煤炭开采过程中产生的瓦斯、煤粉等危险物质极易诱发火灾甚至爆炸事故,提出采用磨料水射流切割技术进行煤矿生产中的设备切割、拆除与回收等安全应用。分析了磨料水射流切割技术的技术分类及适用场合,阐述了其冷切割特性在强化瓦斯抽采、巷道掘进、安全生产保障、资源回收利用、废弃设备处置及在应急切割与救援中的适用性。针对目前磨料水射流切割装置在煤矿井下应用中存在的问题,从装置通过性、水电保障、执行机构、监督管理等方面给出了具体建议。 In view of the dangerous substances such as gas and pulverized coal produced in the coal mining process are easy to cause fire and even explosion accidents, it was proposed to use abrasive water jet cold cutting technology for safety applications such as equipment cutting, dismantling and recycling in coal mine production. The technical classification and applicable occasions of abrasive water jet cutting technology were analyzed. The adaptability of its cold cutting characteristics in strengthening gas extraction, tunnel excavation, safety production guarantee, resource recycling, disposal of waste equipment, emergency cutting and rescue was expounded. In view of the problems existing in the application of abrasive water jet cutting device in underground coal mines, specific suggestions are given in terms of device accessibility, water and electricity security, executive agencies, and supervision and management.
