摘要
目的探讨Kerstersia gyiorum的鉴定方法及其药敏特性。方法应用生化试验、MALDI-TOF MS仪及16SrDNA测序对菌株进行鉴定,用微量生化反应管分析其生物学特性,利用Vitek 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定药敏系统对其进行药物敏感性分析。结果在血平板、中国蓝、巧克力平板上菌落扁平,呈灰白色,不透明,表面粗糙,迁徙生长。镜下形态为单个、成对或短链状排列的革兰阴性球杆。主要生化试验为氧化酶阴性、过氧化氢、动力阳性。MALDI-TOF MS及16SrDNA测序鉴定为Kerstersia gyiroum。菌株对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、头孢呋辛耐药。结论MALDI-TOF MS及16SrDNA测序技术有利于Kerstersia gyiorum的诊断。
Objective To explore the identification method and drug sensitivity characteristics of Kerstersia gyiorum.Methods The strains were identified by biochemical test,MALDI-TOF MS and 16SrDNA sequencing.Their biological characteristics were analyzed by micro biochemical reaction tube and their drug sensitivity was analyzed by Vitek 2 Compact automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity system.Results The colonies on the blood plate,Chinese blue plate and chocolate plate were flat,gray white,opaque,showing rough surface,and they migrated and grew.Microscopically,it is a single,paired or short chain of gram-negative clubs.The main biochemical test results were oxidase negative,hydrogen peroxide and power-positive.MALDI-TOF MS and 16SrDNA sequencing technology showed the confirmation of Kerstersia gyirum.The strains were resistant to ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin and cefuroxime.Conclusion MALDI-TOF MS and 16SrDNA sequencing technology are helpful for the diagnosis of Kerstersia gyiorum.
